I visited Mexico a couple of weeks ago and I took some pictures. Added a little soundtrack to accompany this photo set. Reference my notes from my experience after. Enjoy.
Departure + Arrival
Uber everywhere. Don't let your dreams defer.
My interim hostess Dominique was cool. Posted in Roma Norte. Houston-NY equivalent to Crown Heights and Montrose.
Roma Norte + La condesa
Brekky wasn't bad. Although the french toast was soggy and tasted like sh*t. Never again. On the lighter side: $1 USD Jack Daniel cans for the win.
castillo de chapultepec + museo de arte moderno
Visited this big ass park in the city. Definitely a must-see. A zoo, castle, museums and a bunch of vendors slanging luchador masks and delicious goods. The Omer Arbel piece is amazing. It hung from the ceiling at about two stories high.
Museo de Frida Kahlo
"I feel like Frida when I'm posted on the wall." Photo cred: Jojo
Pirámides de Teotihuacan
Visited the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. Still not sure which is which because I was too busy avoiding falling down those steps.
¿Plomo o plata?
